OUR TAAP FREE TRIAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter of this offer is Our Taap Limited ("Our Taap", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Offer Period

The Our Taap Free Trial Offer ("Offer") is available from 8 June 2026 until 11:59pm BST on 31 July 2026, unless withdrawn or amended earlier by Our Taap.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer, customers must:

  • • Be aged 18 years or over.
  • • Be resident in mainland United Kingdom.
  • • Successfully pass all required credit, identity and affordability checks.
  • • Enter into a new Our Taap Taap 24 Consumer Hire Agreement during the Offer Period.
  • • Be a new customer to the Taap 24 plan.

The Offer is not available to existing Taap 24 customers, customers renewing an existing Taap 24 agreement, or customers switching from another Our Taap agreement unless otherwise stated by Our Taap.

4. The Offer

Eligible customers will receive:

  • • Free professional installation of an eligible Our Taap system.
  • • No monthly subscription payment due during the first 30 days following installation.

The Offer applies only to qualifying Taap 24 agreements and eligible products specified by Our Taap.

5. Free Trial Period

The free trial period begins on the date the product is installed at the customer's property ("Installation Date") and continues for 30 calendar days.

During the free trial period, customers may cancel their Taap 24 agreement and arrange for the return of the product without charge, provided:

  • • Notice of cancellation is provided to Our Taap within the 30-day trial period.
  • • The product is returned in good condition, subject to fair wear and tear.
  • • The product has not been damaged, misused, altered or deliberately tampered with by the customer or any third party acting on the customer's behalf.

6. Cancellation During the Free Trial

Customers wishing to cancel during the free trial period must contact Our Taap before the expiry of the 30-day trial period.

Where cancellation is accepted within the free trial period and the product is returned in accordance with these terms, subscription charge or collection charge will apply.

Our Taap reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or associated costs where a returned product has been damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.

7. After the Free Trial

If a customer does not cancel within the 30-day free trial period, the Taap 24 agreement will continue automatically in accordance with the signed Consumer Hire Agreement.

Following the free trial period:

  • • The first monthly payment will be collected on the customer's next scheduled billing date.
  • • Customers will pay £35.99 per month.
  • • The agreement will continue for the remainder of the 24-month contractual term.

By accepting the Offer, customers acknowledge and agree that the agreement will continue automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these terms and the underlying Consumer Hire Agreement.

8. Combination with Other Offers

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, incentive, voucher, cashback or referral offer unless expressly stated by Our Taap.

9. General

Our Taap reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the Offer where eligibility requirements have not been met.

Our Taap reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute the Offer at any time where reasonably necessary to do so.

The Offer is subject to availability and installation capacity.

These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to, and should be read alongside, the applicable Our Taap Consumer Hire Agreement and any other terms governing the supply and use of the product.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
