For safety reasons there is a limit on the maximum cup size that can be set, the limit is 300ml (based on the Water System running at optimum water pressure supply and dispensing cold water 2 litres per minute for cold water and 1.3 litres per minute for hot water)

Is your waterbar offering considerably less than 300ml or has change significantly since first installation?
