Check for any kinks or bends in the water supply pipework. This could slow down the supply to the machine
If this issue is not resolved:
Remove filter over a sink give the filter a little shake and reinsert into water system.
Try cup size function again
If there's slight improvement:
Has the water system been serviced recently?
If there's no improvement:
