Turn off power

Tilt Water System on its side about 45 degrees to check if any extra water leaks underneath

Using a cloth or tissue please dry the area under and around the Water System

Turn power back on

Dispense 2 litres of hot water. If leak occurs stop dispensing and go to next step.
No extra water appears
Please monitor the issue and contact our customer service team if it reoccurs.
