Water Flow rate maybe affected by water pressure
Please check for any kinks or bends in the pipework behind the Water System or any pipework that can accessed such as under kitchen sink.
Check all isolating taps are fully open
The Water System flow rate depends on incoming water pressure, there are lots of possible reasons for water pressure changes, for example equipment such as a washing machine or dishwasher being in use, can reduce water pressure the same as opening a tap would do. There may also be local building works that can disrupt pressure.
