For serviced 5 months or less remove the filter, give filter a little shake over a sink and reinsert.

For serviced more than 5 months your Water System may be past its service date, a service kit has been sent to you.

Hot water continues to dispense
If you’re currently completing a filter change process?
If you have recently changed your filter, it is possible that the machine has air trapped int the system. This usually clears within 10 minutes of leaving the machine untouched.
Ensure your water system has been descaled or serviced
