The smell is coming from the water machine

    Ensure that your machine has proper airflow

    Please ensure the water machine has a 10cm gap at the rear to any walls to allow air to flow.

  2. 2

    Please ensure the water machine is placed on a solid surface, there are no towels placed underneath it a day or two.

    3. Please allow a day for smells to dissipate. If this hasn’t resolved your issue, then:
