Our Taap x Bounty Co-Registration Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. About the programme

The Our Taap x Bounty Co-Registration Programme allows eligible Bounty members to opt in to receive marketing communications, product information, news and promotional offers directly from Our Taap.

The programme is operated by Our Taap UK Limited, trading as Our Taap, in partnership with Bounty Media.

2. Eligibility

The programme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are registered Bounty members.

Participation is voluntary and there is no charge to join.

3. How to join

Bounty members can join by selecting the relevant Our Taap sign-up option during Bounty registration or through a dedicated Bounty promotional voucher.

By actively opting in, members authorise Bounty Media to share their relevant personal information with Our Taap for the purposes described in the accompanying Co-Registration Privacy Notice.

Members must provide accurate information and may withdraw their marketing consent at any time.

4. What members can expect

Members who join may receive communications from Our Taap relating to:

  • Our Taap water filtration products and services.
  • Product benefits, including filtered, chilled and boiling water.
  • Promotional offers, product launches and exclusive opportunities.
  • Relevant content and information about Our Taap products.

Communications will only be sent through marketing channels for which the member has provided valid consent.

Joining the programme does not guarantee receipt of any particular offer, discount, gift or promotion.

5. No purchase or subscription required

Joining the programme is free and does not require members to purchase or subscribe to any Our Taap product.

Registration does not constitute a credit application, subscription agreement or product order.

Any subsequent purchase, subscription, free trial or promotional offer will be subject to its own applicable terms, conditions and eligibility requirements, which will be made available before the customer commits.

6. Personal information and marketing consent

Where a member provides valid consent, Bounty Media will share the agreed personal information with Our Taap for the purpose of administering their registration and providing relevant marketing communications.

Our Taap will process this information in accordance with the Our Taap x Bounty Co-Registration Privacy Notice and the Our Taap Privacy Policy.

Members can withdraw their marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting customerservice@ourtaap.com.

7. Duration of the programme

The co-registration programme is ongoing and is not limited to a monthly promotional period.

Our Taap and Bounty Media may amend, suspend or end the programme at any time. Any changes will not affect members' existing data protection rights or the validity of any separate purchase or subscription agreement.

8. Monthly Prize Draw

As part of the Our Taap x Bounty Co-Registration Programme, eligible members who successfully sign up will automatically be entered into a free monthly prize draw.

Each month, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible members who registered for the programme during that calendar month.

Prize: One Our Taap Home Water System II, plus a year's supply of replacement filters and UV lamps (three filters and two UV lamps), with a total stated prize value of £710.

The following conditions apply:

  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Members are entered into the prize draw for the calendar month in which they successfully register. Entries will not roll over into subsequent months.
  • The monthly entry period runs from 00:00 on the first day to 23:59 on the final day of each calendar month, UK local time.
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the end of the relevant month.
  • The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the contact and delivery details required to arrange fulfilment.
  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternative winner may be selected at random.
  • The prize will be provided free of charge, subject to confirmation of installation eligibility and any necessary access arrangements.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Our Taap reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Our Taap will arrange delivery and installation of the prize within 28 days of receiving the winner's confirmation, where reasonably practicable and subject to installation availability.

The prize draw is administered by Our Taap in partnership with Bounty Media.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Our Taap x Bounty Co-Registration Privacy Notice. Information required to administer the prize draw and contact the winner will only be used for those purposes, unless the entrant has separately consented to marketing communications.

Our Taap reserves the right to amend or withdraw future monthly prize draws, provided that any changes do not unfairly affect valid entries already received.

The prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in other parts of the United Kingdom.

Nothing in these terms affects a member's statutory rights.
