This page together with the Terms and Conditions, which are attached and available here form an
agreement
(“Agreement”) between Our Tapp UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company
number 04880825
and
having its registered address at 79-81 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NQ (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the
hirer whose
particulars are set out below (“Hirer”, “you”, “your”).
Our Taap UK Ltd (Company No. 04880825), formerly Virgin Strauss Water UK Ltd, trading as Our
Taap is authorised
and
regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with firm reference number 1003339 as an
Appointed
Representative
of Culligan Water Limited.
Culligan Water Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 01327099 and
having its
registered
address at Fourth Floor Abbots House, Abbey Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 3BD. Culligan Water
Limited is
authorised and regulated by the FCA under firm reference number 621812 for consumer credit
activities.
IMPORTANT: This Agreement consists of a number of important terms, namely:
- • The terms on which we will provide you with a home water system (including the pipework
and by-pass kit if applicable) (“Water System”) on a hire basis; and
- • The terms on which we will install the Water System; and
- • The terms on which we will provide the System.
Once signed, these documents constitute a legally binding agreement.
Please read all the terms carefully and let us know if you have any questions. You should only
sign these
documents
and return them to us if you wish to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
HIRE AGREEMENT REGULATED BY THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974

A fixed minimum hire period of (Minimum Hire Period) Ffrom the date of installation

Price and Payments to be made by you
Installation fee: This is a one-time payment of initiated in full on signature by
Direct Debit payment
taken
within 5 days. This payment will be returned to you if we cannot complete the installation or if
you cancel the
agreement.
Monthly Hire Payments: monthly hire payments of £24.99 , and then each
month which
will be taken
on or around the monthly anniversary of the installation date. The first payment is due 5 to 15
days after a
successful installation, and then all future monthly hire payments on the same day each month
for as long as the
agreement lasts.
The total amount payable over the Minimum Hire Period is
Payable when and how: All payments under this agreement will be by direct debit which will
be collected on
the date
set out above, or if that date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment will be collected
on the next
working
day after the payment date.
The payments include VAT at 20%. This may be varied if the rate of VAT changes.
At the end of the Minimum Hire Period we may increase the Hire Payments from time to time. We
will notify you in
writing in advance of any increase. If you do not wish to pay the increased Hire Payments, you
will have a
14-day
cooling off period in which to cancel commencing on the day after receipt of the price increase
notification by
you.
This does not affect any other termination rights you have under the Agreement.
Key Information
This is a Hire Agreement. You do not own the Water System and must return it at the end of the
hire period.
Default interest and other charges
If you do not make any payment to us by the due date we may charge interest to you on the overdue
amount at the
rate
of 8% a year above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank plc from time to time. This is called
default interest
and
will be charged on overdue amounts from the due date until the actual date of payment. Default
interest will
apply
both before and after any court judgment we may obtain against you and will survive and apply
after termination
of
this agreement.
There will be an administrative charge of £20 for every late payment in accordance with Clause
6.8 of our Terms
and
Conditions.

where these
charges
are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Depending on how many months are left in the Minimum Hire Period, you will have to pay

Any charge listed as “variable” or “at least” cannot be ascertained at the outset of this
agreement. These costs
will be based on the costs which are incurred, or which have been estimated as the costs
required. These will be
notified to you as soon as we are aware of them.
We may vary these charges at any time in the future as a result of economic conditions,
regulatory requirements
or
any other valid reason and this will be notified to you before you are charged.
MISSING PAYMENTS:
Missing payments could have severe consequences and may make obtaining credit more difficult.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL:
You have the right to cancel this Agreement at any time before the end of 14 days after signing
this agreement.
You

You will also be entitled to a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You have 30 days after installation
to change your
mind. If you want to cancel this agreement during this period, you can do so contacting Us as
above
After this time, if you terminate during the Minimum Hire Period an ‘early termination fee’ is
payable as set out
in
the table above. If you want to end the Agreement during or after the Minimum Hire Period, you
must give us 30
days’
notice. If you are terminating after the Water System has been installed, you must allow us
access to the
property
to uninstall the Water System and take it back. Please contact Us for further details on how to
do this and to
arrange a time and date with us for collection.
IMPORTANT – READ THIS CAREFULLY TO FIND OUT ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS
The Consumer Credit Act 1974 covers this agreement and lays down certain requirements for your
protection which
should have been complied with when this agreement was made. If they were not, the owner cannot
enforce this
agreement against you without getting a court order.

Trading Standards
Department or your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau.
This is a Hire Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Sign it only if
you want to be legally bound by
its terms.
