New water machines can experience some slightly cloudy hot water

New water machines can experience some slightly cloudy hot water to begin with. This is not unusual and is expected whilst the hot water system settles in.

    Follow these steps to speed up the 'settle in' period

    Press Extra Hot and allow to boil.

  2. 2

    Leave machine allow for 15mins.

  3. 3

    Press Extra Hot again and allow to boil.

  4. 4

    Dispense 1 litre of Hot water (ensure to discard).

  5. 5

    Press Extra Hot again and allow to boil.

  6. 6

    Dispense cup of Hot water to check.

  7. 7

    Repeat steps if necessary.
