2. Offer Details
Eligible customers will receive 12 months of free access to the Life App (standard retail value: £60). To access it, they must download the app to their smartphone and create an account.
Access to the Life App will be provided by Our Taap via a unique redemption code, which will be issued within 7 days of a successful sign-up and confirmation of the qualifying agreement.
3. Duration and Expiry
The Offer grants access for 12 consecutive months from the date the Life App redemption code is activated by the customer.
At the end of the 12-month free access period, access to the Life App will be terminated unless the customer chooses to extend access by resubscribing at a fee set by the Life App provider.
4. Code Delivery
The redemption code will be sent by Our Taap to the customer via email to the address provided during sign-up. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate and monitored.
Our Taap is not responsible for any delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or inactive contact information.
5. Non-transferability
The redemption code is for single use only, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
6. Offer Availability
This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or terminated at any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Our Taap.
If the Offer is withdrawn after a qualifying sign-up but before the redemption code is issued, Our Taap will honour the benefit for those who signed up while the Offer was valid.
7. Misuse and Fraud
Our Taap reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Offer in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
